This is a great app, you can work to your level and at your pace, it suits uber fit or beginners and allows home or gym workouts. It leads you through each session with clear instructions and watch outs and allows you to track your progress. It’s a no nonsense plan that gives a great workout that develops with you over time. The final plus is great support from Matt the creator. Got a question he answers it, any problems he is there. I’m a fat 50 something trying to keep in shape and this app has made me want to train. Can’t give better praise than that.

I only started using the app a couple of weeks ago but really enjoying it so far. Very good instructions on how to do the various workouts and the app is very intuitive to use. Looking forward to seeing the results when I'm back out on the trails.

Fantastic. The number one issue with personal trainers is that after the session you don't have a reference for how to do the exercise which can be demotivating. With matts workout plans with videos for each and every exercise directly in the app it makes everything so much easier. Track reps, communicate in an active group of other mtb fit people. Get motivated, get fitter, get stronger, ride better. Highly recommended to both mountain bikers and non-mountain bikers.

I just started the MTB Fit App a little over a week ago. I find it really easy to navigate and I really like that it syncs with my Garmin Connect app and My Fitness Pal app. This was a major draw for me compared to other MTB specific fitness plans I have used in the past. I like metrics and being able to schedule and document my workouts. I wanted an app that focuses on strength training, and I like that there are also some intervals thrown in. Matt explains and demos the movements well. The workouts are challenging but still doable, and can be made harder with more weight/resistance. I also like that I can use this app as a home plan with minimal equipment but also be able to use the gym plan as I get more equipment in my home gym. There is flexibility with how many workouts I want to do each week for times when I will be doing more riding or other activities. I also appreciate that Matt changes the exercises every 4 weeks so that our bodies continue to be challenged. I'm impressed and excited to continue using this app!

This is a great app, easy to follow with excellent workouts. Videos are easy to follow for any exercises I was unsure about.I really like the connection to the group on Facebook so I feel some accountability on getting the workouts done

Only had this a short time but the exercises are working my body well and the warm up exercises are great for loosening up those tight legs!!! Looking forward to spending more time with the app. Steve Kingdon

The MTB Fit app is so well thought out and thorough! It goes beyond the structure of the plans. It's the little things that I really love. The App makes it easy to choose and schedule workouts, and add in other activities I do during the day! Matt has made sure that help is available at every point; from videos of how to perform an exercise, in case it's new or I've forgotten, to having a timer at my fingertips. The App makes my workout far easier than what I did before which was to write out my workout on index cards to take to the gym (no flexibility if I wanted to change it up) then I would check off my reps (needed pen to tick off sets). Next I had to have my phone or a clock to time exercises. With the App, I can schedule, track reps, and keep time with 1 tool. The App removes barriers and excuses so I get my workout done! Thank you, Matt!
