Very good training app lots of great exercises to work with and improve your riding skills and performance and well being. Matt gives you assistance and advice to help you improve. Excellent app.

This was a great App for helping me to become stronger and more confident on my MTN bike. The app layout is very easy to use and is very helpful as it follows you through your exercises and tracks most of your data. I'm a better rider because of this app. Thanks Matt!!

Second time using this work out plan. It’s awesome and really works. I really like the new app. It has a lot of great work outs for different things. Climbing, cornering, descending etc. I’m using it to build durning the winter, it actually has helped with snowboarding to so that cool.

Love the app, it integrates with the Apple Watch really well, shame it only links with MyFitnessPal as I’ve been using loseit. Really enjoyed the first program

Matt Mooney’s passion for this niche in fitness and strength training really comes through in all his communication and his laser focus on bike fitness and physical longevity. He’s built the app for mountain bikers that want to access stronger riding and to do that he channels technique, mindset, and targeted exercise at you in a way you can work flexibly into your existing plans or busy schedule. He provides gym (which I don’t use) and home plans I’ve enjoyed the regular emails, he always finds something new to talk about and link it back to riding in some way. Lately I’ve noticed he’s incorporated some speciality workouts for climbing and cornering which I’m glad to incorporate as those are two weak areas. He’s got several others. I train for gravity enduro mountain biking and do a regular general boot camp so my fitness is generally good for my age. But my training is all self-led and unstructured. I no longer use gyms or personal trainers. I believe this product is a clear advantage compared to just trying to ride harder and at the price point it has great value. Thanks Matt!
