Excellent book, each chapter is well written and packed with valuable insights. Well done for ending on such a wise and encouraging note - Tip 51!! Thanks for your relatable and inspirational style of writing. I've been MTB'ing for just over a year; started at 57 years old - I love it.

Well, that was a surprise. Tip 3 was just what I needed at this moment in time. More than just the obvious being an over 50 Mountain Biker looking for "something" these tips apply to life and that is more than what I expected when I purchased this. Absolutely loved everything about this read and highly recommend it, and the answer is YES these are ESSENTIAL TIPS.

Really packed full of useful information for the older rider! It’s setup in a clear , concise format . Only wish it came as an audio book. Was able to use the copy and speak functions on my phone, but that was a pain. I’m planning on getting the nutrition book to dive in a little deeper on that particular tip from the book.

From a personal point of view, since I have ridden many MTB marathons since 2011, most of the motivational tips I had already figured out myself. The muscle strength and eating tips were new and helpful. However, the most refreshing message was that; age is just a number and fitness can go on until 80 or 90 years old, as long as you don't stop riding. One other small point... get someone to proof read the booklet... it is full of small typos, spelling mistakes and gramma issues.
