The information in the book is top class I am 58 years old and ex military I find the content to be specific to my age category the topics covered are of great use because they deal with exactly what I need to know be reminded of at this stage of my life when I sometimes think I am still 20 years old . As a 3 hour marathoner back in the eighties the approach to training was very different then, we just togged out and arrived at the start line with little thought given to preparation. Your book covers all that is need to know in a practical common sense way with no drama, as do your daily emails. I am glad I have discovered your material all in very good Matt. Nowadays I adventure race but use MTB & Gravel biking to supplement.
