I have recently purchased this e-book together with the 12 week program. I know, a mid life crisis but to improve yourself you need to learn. At my age we expect that we know everything and these tips remind me of what I have long forgotten. Reading one tip a day really helps me let the information set in and allow it to grow. Get it, you won't be sorry.

great easy read. Been riding for ever like all of us over 50, but at this age its time to put in some smart education to insure prevention of injury and riding becomes part of my daily medicine
