Info is great but who has time to read off the computer? I’d love a hard copy I could take and read anytime. I’d even pay more for that.

Ive always enjoyed mountain biking, mainly canal work, but never really thrown myself into it. I did a cross country race 20+ years ago on an old Raleigh Max Zero G, however thats the only time i've ever done anything like that. Now years later, not having really ridden much i've found a love for mountain biking again. I've always struggled with motivation and sticking to any task I set myself, new years resolutions kind of thing. I've liked and joined several Mtb Facebook groups but nothing really helped. Lots of great riders doing great things, which is fine but it knocks you back before you even start. Enter MTB Fitness, simple sound advice with the kind of encouragement at a level that any rider can take heart from, without you thinking, ' I can't do that'. It's early days yet, but at 55 I've found someone I've connected with, and although I still struggle with motivation purchasing your over 50s guide is now my go to read when I need to tell myself, life is for living, get out and ride. I'm finding it easier and I'm wanting to ride and focus more now than any time in my life. So I goes without saying that I'm glad I found MTB Fitness. Sorry it's not a full on review of the tips, but it's so much more than that which I can't explain, so all that's left to say is, thanks Matt and the teams and keep up the good work and looking forward to your, and my MTB future. Cheers Chad.

Top quality print and a good mix of direct info as well as relevent background info to give proper context. Nigel Mitchell is not quoting 'medical experts' neither is he quoting from lots of text books. This book is from real life experience and even for those not intending a full plant based diet it's an excellent insight into how the body really works. Very highly recommended.
