I’m going on 65 yrs old . I race off road endurance motorcycles , it’s really hard on the body . I use my mountain bike for training and staying in shape . These tips from MTB have been really helpful. Keep up the good work.

I knew a few of these but many were new to me. So great to have all of these tips to refer to as reminders of what is important (it’s more than just riding a bike)!

I have found it so helpful and easy to understand, and have started putting some of the tips into practice. Its early days yet, but by reading this I have found that I have been my own worst enemy. This has probably been the kick up the ass that I've needed to get me on the right track. Mark

I just started reading this and so far I’m very impressed. I’m 60 years old with lots of injuries mostly from motocross. 10 surgeries actually. I can’t ride MX anymore but I’m very fortunate to be riding mountain bikes still. I love being on 2 wheels so I need all the advice I can get since I’m an older rider. Thank you for all your hard work, and helping other riders like myself.
