I have just reached the age of 70 and was considering giving up mountain biking, as where i live the hills are just that little too challenging now. After reading “50 essential tips” and purchasing an e-bike I now have a newfound enthusiasm to continue. Your tips highlighted how much the mindset plays in Riding enjoyment.
