I never realized just how tight and inflexible my body was until I started the 12 Week MTB Training Plan. Combined with the Stupidly Simple Nutrition Guide, I feel I am finally armed to accomplish my goals of becoming slimmer (although I really love my pints after work and a good ride), and become more confident on the bike due to being flexible which, in the end should make me much faster!!! I am so glad that I encountered MTB Fitness. Cheers!

I just started the 12 week program and am loving the workouts so far! This has motivated me much more than I could ever do for myself, by myself. The program is easy to use and I love the demonstrations. The workouts are tough, so far so good!!!

Starting today and I can't wait. Found the information easy to follow along with the video instructions. Really like that each exercise has it's own video so you can make sure you are doing it correct. I've filled in my weekly plan so know where I'm at each day. Bring it on!

Loving the variety of exercises to target weaker muscles not used as much in biking to help with muscle imbalance. Intervals are making me pour out sweat! Looking forward to see if gains made will transfer to better Strava times.

After just completing Matt’s 12 Week MTB Training Programme, I couldn’t be happier with the program and the results. I have been Mountain biking for a few years now and around fitness my whole life, however have never been a ‘structured training programme’ guy as I’ve always stuck to my own thing. This program is different. It is certainly challenging and just hard enough to push your limits progressively. The biggest difference I have noticed is that I feel overall stronger, fitter, more able / versatile on the MTB and overall healthier in daily life. I am now much more up to pushing myself on the trail too (unless I’ve just completed a 14x Rep interval - then I just feel dead ). Thanks Matt - great program, I’m going to take a week off now and then start the 16 Week programme. If you are on the fence on whether you should buy Matt’s program, don’t - it’ll be one of the best investments you’ll ever make.

I've only gone through a few workouts so far but they are great! Very well laid out and seems to be a great mix or strength, balance and endurance.
