I love the program so far. The only thing I have found lacking is explanations for the stretches/workouts. There are exercises in this program I have never heard of let alone had an idea how to do them. I would have loved it if the workout/stretch names to were 'clickies', in digital format, that lead to a short video or pictures of how to perform each exercise.

Hey Jared, I've just seen this review, sorry I missed it earlier. The Programme works exactly as you want it to. If you click the name of each exercise you are taken to a private demo video for each exercise and stretch. If you need more help drop me an email to matt@mtb.fitness

I have only started the programme today, however the detail in the download is absolutely amazing, click on an exercise or stretch and up pops the video to demonstrate how the exercise should be done. 1st session was easy to follow and I’m looking forward to the next twelve, sort of. Cheers Matt

Loving the structure of the program Matt. I’ve always done some kind of fitness with martial arts- running and swimming but after just coming back to MTB riding it’s so good to have a structured fitness and strength program for MTB riding. Only three weeks into 12 week program but already seeing some advantages on the bike and in general. Looking forward to doing more. Thanks Matt

Started the 12 week programme 1 week ago, on my weekly spin I have already noticed the difference. I am not a gym goer, but for this I have chosen the gym- do give the time to practice and plan each session, that’s what I have learned. Overall so far so good

Workouts are great and very specific to mountain biking. excellent tutorials, with great descriptions youtube, some real-time and effort has gone into putting this plan together and it shows. The only concern is it's very difficult to stick to, a lot of workouts require the use of multiple pieces of equipment and machines at the gym, which proves difficult, especially in January when gyms are even busier than usual, I feel very awkward trying to hold a couple of spots in the gym so I can meet requirements of the plan. I would recommend this plan if you know you can access multiple pieces of kit at once.

I just started out with the 12 week plan. So far so good. I love it that the training mixes aerobic conditioning with strength training -in fact, the work with weights is guaranteed to consistently get heart rate up to combine the two. I love that the "at home" plan can be mixed with "at gym" plan, if you have some dumbells and space at home. It's an incredible deal - I haven't taken advantage of access to Mr. Mooney, but it is amazing he provides his email contact for advice, plus FB support group. Five stars so far...
