I’ve already lost 132lbs, but I’ve been stuck because I have already done what I set out to do (fit on rollercoasters again, run an 8k, run a half marathon). I’ve been in a rut for so long, and then I found mountain biking, but still, I constantly have to stop on climbs and walk the rest of the way. Not anymore!!! I’m only one week in and I can’t even begin to tell you the difference!!! This gives me something to work for again, and honestly if you don’t get anything else out of this program except the “40%” rule, that alone is motivation enough to keep you going!!
