“Have just purchased the 12 week programme as I am turning 50 this year and want to improve my riding ready for the racing that I am going to do this year.
The programme is really clear, easy to follow and although I am only on week one, I can see what help and assistance it is going to give me, especially with flexibility for riding the bike, something that you lose pretty quickly the older you get if you don't work at it.

Hey Michelle. Thanks for the review. So first of all, be sure to watch the intro video at the beginning as that explains most common questions etc. like this.
Every exercise has a detailed demo video, you just need to click the name of each exercise to view it as described :). Just drop me an email if you need any help.

Combined with the Stupidly Simple Nutrition Guide, I feel I am finally armed to accomplish my goals of becoming slimmer (although I really love my pints after work and a good ride), and become more confident on the bike due to being flexible which, in the end should make me much faster!!!
