Workouts are great and very specific to mountain biking. excellent tutorials, with great descriptions youtube, some real-time and effort has gone into putting this plan together and it shows. The only concern is it's very difficult to stick to, a lot of workouts require the use of multiple pieces of equipment and machines at the gym, which proves difficult, especially in January when gyms are even busier than usual, I feel very awkward trying to hold a couple of spots in the gym so I can meet requirements of the plan. I would recommend this plan if you know you can access multiple pieces of kit at once.

I just started out with the 12 week plan. So far so good. I love it that the training mixes aerobic conditioning with strength training -in fact, the work with weights is guaranteed to consistently get heart rate up to combine the two. I love that the "at home" plan can be mixed with "at gym" plan, if you have some dumbells and space at home. It's an incredible deal - I haven't taken advantage of access to Mr. Mooney, but it is amazing he provides his email contact for advice, plus FB support group. Five stars so far...

Have just purchased the 12 week programme as I am turning 50 this year and want to improve my riding ready for the racing that I am going to do this year. The programme is really clear, easy to follow and although I am only on week one, I can see what help and assistance it is going to give me, especially with flexibility for riding the bike, something that you lose pretty quickly the older you get if you don't work at it. I am looking forward to completing the programme.. Thanks Matt

I’ve not started the programme yet. I only got it last week and will have to give some serious thought as to how I fit it in around my personal and work life. I know I have to as I am unfit and overweight and concerned about my future health if I continue on my present path.

Programme is great - some kind of app would be great - just with the plans built in and ability to record training against the programme. Even a pre populated spreadsheet in the interim (to save lots of people creating their own!!). Cheers

I’m very disappointed that there are not examples of what each exercise is in the program. I bought the program because I don’t have extra time to plan and to do the workouts I have to look up what the exercises are myself

Hey Michelle. Thanks for the review. So first of all, be sure to watch the intro video at the beginning as that explains most common questions etc. like this. Every exercise has a detailed demo video, you just need to click the name of each exercise to view it as described :). Just drop me an email if you need any help. Thanks Matt
