“I just Wish I’d swapped to moon up sooner. The money you would save and the waste you stop producing. Also feels fresher, cleaner and no carrying around sanitary supplies. It took a cycle or two to get used to getting “the seal”. And in my opinion it can be worn higher up than the literature would suggest, just like other designs. Love it, total convert. They should make girls more aware of this option at an earlier age, would save so much inconvenience and help with “period poverty”.”

“I've only recently converted to the Mooncup but OMG it's amazing!! I don't know why I never considered it before! It definitely takes a bit of getting used and you need to experiment a bit but once you start getting the hang of it it's great! Rarely get a leak (and if you do it's probably just not positioned quite right and is always minimal so a liner is sometimes useful). No need to carry tampons and towels around with you and brilliant for the environment in terms of waste. I would shout about it from the hilltops if I could - no going back for me!!”

“I've been scared(!) of trying a mooncup but I am very pleased with it and totally converted. I have heavy periods, I am 'outdoorsy' and have sensitive skin and thought this wouldn't be for me but it is absolutely much better for me than tampons have been. It takes a bit of getting used to but is fine with practice. Super pleased to be using a more sustainable option.”

“I have used my Mooncup for two cycles now and I would say I am very impressed. I had a holiday in Greece and knew my period would land while we were away so I bought one a few months early to give me chance to practice. The first time was a bit grim but once I got the hang of inserting it and removing it, I would say it’s less messy and a lot less waste in the rubbish bin! It held up to the holiday test, being worn through out the day on the sunbed and in and out of the pool all day, with no leaks. You do need to keep an eye on it and change every 3/4 hours but that’s probably just while you gain confidence. I am a convert and there will be no more swimming or nighttime accidents for me thanks to the mooncup.”
