“I have used cup for many years (even decades) and I needed a new one. Since receiving it, before even using it, I have received an inordinate number of emails asking me to join communities and give feedback. (This despite unsubscribing from all marketing more than once). Leave me in peace. You have a good product (hence the five stars). A product most women need once in lifetime and use privately. So let me be private and delete my email address permanently from your record. And a video? Seriously? What video is someone going to take of themselves using a mooncup?!?”
