Oak 'D' Tin Whistle
Made with solid brass, the whistle is then triple nickel plated to give it a wonderful lustre. A great starter whistle, it has a bright tone that has a bit of an 'edge' in the upper register, and requires less air than many other inexpensive whistles.
Length: 11.6"

I'm a total beginner, so don't know enough about whistles to tell about it's quality. However, I can say it's been perfect for me to do my lessons on. So I'm happy with it.

I’d give it a 5 but that would put it on par with the Wild Irish whistles, and it’s not. If you’re starting out and looking for a decent whistle, this is a great choice.

An exceptional whistle for the money. I got this whistle alongside a Dixon Trad Cupro, not expecting much, and the quality really surprised me! It's VERY easy to play, has a good tone that carries really well in a big room, and is pretty balanced throughout the octaves and with ok volume. It really reminded me of my Killarney, except without the top-heaviness issue that made me sell the former. I played this in our last session with 7 musicians total(1 bohdran, 2 guitars, 1 more whistle, 1 accordion, 1 fiddle) and had no trouble being heard whatsoever!
