“It took less than a week from order to delivery. We were sent order acknowledgement and asked for a delivery date to suit ourselves. The date was agreed and the Carrier ( TNT) delivered.The friendly driver carried the cartons to the rear of the property for us. So well done Lazy Susan and TNT”

“Ich fand den Bestellvorgang im Onlineshop sehr einfach und übersichtlich, alles wurde Schritt für Schritt erklärt. Ich erhielt als bald eine Auftragsbestätigung und Informationen über Einzelheiten der Lieferung. Die E-Mail-Kommunikation war einfach, ebenso Telefonkontakt. “From order to delivery everything was OK. The delivery with TNT couldn't be tracked as promised - On delivery the parcel was just left in the garden even though nobody was home.”

“Our table top was damaged during transport. The exchange, or rather delivery of the new table top took only 2 days from England. We had very pleasant contact with the customer service team. Again anytime. The quality of the furniture completely met our expectations. The look is exactly as in the pictures on the internet, which we liked the most. We are very satisfied. We have already recommended the seller.”
