“Excellent, helpful and personable customer service, and a sound product. I was impressed that thought had been given to using stainless steel fittings to avoid electrolytic corrosion with the aluminium alloy and was very pleased with the solidness of the furniture. The only 'down' side was that three chairs came without fittings, but this was resolved quickly by one phone call and an express delivery with the missing items. I am pleased to recommend Lazy Susan.”

“Gartenmöbel schauen toll aus & toller Gegenwert. Ein bisschen fiselig zusammenzubauen, aber immer noch beherrschbar im Gegensatz zu anderen Möbeln. Lieferung klappte so wie vereinbart. Zwei Tischbeine fehlten, wurden aber schnell nachgeliefert innerhalb von wenigen Tagen nach Kontaktaufnahme.”

“The order procedure was easy and efficient and the delivery was excellent. The furniture was well wrapped against damage in transit, although it did make for an unscheduled trip to the recycling centre. I did have some difficulty with assembling the table as the leg support bar made it hard to locate the holes in the legs to the pre-drilled holes in the table top and I feel that some more detailed, written instructions would have perhaps made this task easier. Happy with the finished product”

“Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Website ist hervorragend und die Infos, auch über Abmessungen sind extrem genau. Das ist wichtig, weil die Gartenmöbel ja auch auf die Terrasse passen müssen. Die Bestellung kam pünktlich und vollständig an. Der Aufbau von drei Tischen und vier Stühlen dauerte weniger als 3 Stunden bei gemächlichem Tempo. Die Aufbauanleitungen waren ok. Jedoch habe ich festgestellt, dass es besser ist, beim Aufbau der Stühle mit den Rückenlehnen zu beginnen und nicht mit den Stuhlbeinen. Vielleicht könnte die Anleitung ja um diesen Punkt ergänzt werden. In dieser Reihenfolge kommt man besser an die Muttern unter den Stühlen. Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen: Ein schönes, qualitativ hochwertiges Garten Set, das ich mit Freude benutzen werde.”

“Your services and material are excellent. Table, chairs, cushions a little too big for the chairs. My only criticism is the BEAUTIFUL parasol where the pockets for the end of the spokes is too narrow - the spokes come out very easily.”
