“Very pleased with our new garden furniture, although we've not had much chance to use it because of the weather. It arrived promptly, but my only complaint was that the driver wanted to leave it on the drive because it was 'kerb-side delivery only' and then reluctantly agreed to put it in the garage. My husband found that putting the furniture together was a very straightforward activity and it seems sturdy. Very pleased that we bought the parasol and cushions too as they look great.”

“I placed the order online and received the furniture within a week. Very happy with the quality and the fact that both the table and chairs have been easy to construct as DIY is not my strong point! Will definitely use Lazy Susan Furniture again”

“Ich habe die Gartenmöbel letzte Woche bestellt und sie sind gegenwärtig unterwegs nach Griechenland. Daher kann ich - derzeit - noch keine Aussage über die Qualität/den Wert der Möbel machen. Der Hinweis mögen genügen, das mich das gut aufgmachte Online-Angebot, die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice-Team sowie die vielen positiven Kundenbewertungen dazu bewogen hat, meine Bestellung auf der Lazy Susan Website aufzugeben. Um noch mehr ins Detail zu gehen: Die gesamte Kommunikation mit Ihnen oder auch mit Ihren Kollegen verlief ohne Verzögerung, war fachmännisch und informativ und sehr zuvorkommend..Die alten Griechen pflegten zu sagen, dass man an der Klaue den Löwen erkennen kann. Darum denke ich, dass die Möbel, wenn Sie eingetroffen sein werden, mich ebenso beeindrucken werden wie Ihr exzellenter Kundenservice.”

“Ich hatte den runden June Gartentisch mit 6 April Gartenstühlen bestellt, die April Gartenbank und Sonnenschirm mit Schirmständer. Der Service war hervorragend. Auf meine E-Mail-Nachfragen wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet und die ganze Bestellabwicklung verlief sehr schnell. Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage und am Liefertag wurde das ausgemachte Zeitfenster (09.00 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr) sogar leicht übertroffen, denn die Lieferung kam schon um 08.15 Uhr. Die Gartenmöbel waren genial verpackt, einfach aufzubauen und schauen fantastisch aus. Brauche nur noch das passende gute Wetter um sie zu genießen!”

“I ordered the furniture last week and they are currently on their way to Greece. Hence, I cannot –at this time- comment on the actual quality/value of the pieces. Suffice it to say, that I was convinced to place the order, by the descriptions on the Lazy Susan website, the communications with you and the customer testimonials. More specifically, I can say that all communications with you or your colleagues, have been timely, informative and courteous. The ancient Greeks used to say, that from a claw you can recognize the lion, so I expect that the furniture, when they arrive, will be quite satisfactory.”

“I ordered the June oval table, 6 April chairs, the April bench and parasol and base. The service was excellent. My email enquiries were dealt with promptly as was my order. The delivery took place within a few days and my morning slot exceeded my expectation as it was a 9am - 12noon window that arrived at 8.15am. The furniture was brilliantly packaged, was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Just need some decent weather to enjoy it!”
