“There are not so many customer focused retailers about anymore but this is one of the best. Delayed delivery of product due to house move - big tick, excellent advice and appraisal of needs, quality product, slightly dodgy to assemble first chair but a doddle after that. Last but not least friendly and well timed delivery.”

“The product that I bought was of excellent quality - even better than I had expected. It also arrived promptly. Although I was somewhat embarrassed by the large amount of bubble-wrap I had to take to the refuse dump afterwards. There was a manufacturing fault in one of the items, but I was impressed how quickly this was dealt with - a replacement part was sent within a couple of days, at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.”
