“These lamps are awful, I put them up to replace the normal old fashioned strip lights in our farmhouse kitchen, with regret I have to report within 2 hours we decided to go back to our old tubes, the light was simply not nearly as bright as the florescent tubes to put it mildly they are waste of money. Not even going to the bother of returning them (2) perhaps to get some use out of them the farm workshop can have them. I have LED floodlights in the workshop and have no complaints with them. so am used to the different light from LED's As far as I am concerned they are not for kitchens. or put it bluntly not for my kitchen Sorry for being negative of this product..”

“Replacements for 38 year old fluorescent tubes in my garage. Just what I expected although 'daylight' would be a bit harsh in, say, a kitchen where 'warm white' might ne more acceptable. Extremely well packed!”

“These are very good and give a brighter light than the lumen output suggests. Given that they save over £11 per 1000h in a twin tube fitting they soon start saving money and are replaceable and can be fitted to existing fittings. A new LED fitting would consist consderably more. In addition the lower operating temperature means that life of fittings is prolonged which can be a problem. Note that switch start fittings do not require any wiring modifications but electronic ballast lights do need wiring modifications.”

“I had an old steam driven fluorescent tube that was really old and eventually gave up the ghost. I contacted the sales team and had speedy, helpful advice In choosing a replacement that turned up really quickly and was so much better than the original,it was like taking sun glasses off!”
