“it was difficult to rate this properly as the lamps are very good giving a bright cold light ideal for a workshop or office. The problem was packaging which was entirely inadequate to withstand the delivery process. One tube of 3 arrived smashed and the replacement arrived similarly smashed so was rejected. Lamp Shop Online need to package the tubes in strong card tubes and/or with wood battens to prevent breakage by bending or crushing. So altogether very frustrating, a good product, good service from Lamp Shop Online but a delivery nightmare.”
