“I wish I could review the actual performance of this item. Unfortunately having tried three times now, they have all arrived with the glass envelopes all smashed. The response from the sales team has been swift and replacements sent, all very securely packaged. The packages do not show any kind of bruising so I could only assume the items are already broken as they are dispatched? This seems really odd but I’ll go around one more time- I have photo and video evidence of each delivery. Very frustrating.”

“Arrived the day after ordering, very well packed and with clear instructions for fitting. Took 5 minutes to replace the old tube, most of which was getting the starter out. The new LED tube lights up the garage like daylight. great shopping experience and well done to Lampshop.”

“First tube received broken, could see where carrier had damaged the packaging. Sent photo to LSO and advised it would be replaced the next day, and it was. The brightness is very good and the LED substitute starter fitted ok. Excellent customer service.”
