“I bought four of these tubes to replace aging and very dim fluorescent tubes in a friends workshop. To say the difference is like night and day would bean understatement. The light is right and crisp and gives excellent visibility and colour rendition. My friend is very happy with the significant improvement and hopefully lower power consumption and long life will become evident. So far, so good though.”

“The bulb arrived in good working order the next day as promised. It was easily replaced and works well, the light is a little bit stark but it is for the kitchen so it needed to be bright.”

“I can't fault the product, the price or the way it was packaged for delivery or even the ease of use of the website but sadly LampShopOnline is let down by its courier, FEDEX. They are quite possibly the worst courier I've come across for lack of information on the delivery and the options for redelivery ie none apart from a day selection........no times or am/pm to aid you being in for collection. I have had two deliveries from LampShopOnline and both times the FEDEX delivery was atrocious for a residential address. You'd think that they would with the tech that's out there that other firms use. I understand that LampshopOnline are in the process of recontracting another courier but TBH I won't buy from them as a working residential customer as you cannot get delivery receipt unless you take a day off work and spend all day in the house until they actually have a better courier which is a shame as the site, company goods are very very good.”
