“Ordered 5 x 8 foot tubes. Delivered by Fed Ex. Problem was that despite excellent packing 2 of the 5 tubes were in pieces. Greaqt service though as no problem in obtaining a refund for the damaged tubes. Would question the use of Fed EX not just for carriage of delicate items but also unlike carriers like DPD they did not have a local depot or options to divert parcel to a pick up shop which makes life so much easier.”

“Good price and speedy despatch. Unfortunately 3 or the 5 tubes were shattered in transit, which was disappointing - but I imagine this was FedEx's fault. I was quickly promised a refund for the broken items, so overall the service was very good.”

“Brilliant to be able to buy them as told they weren’t made any more and would have to have new fittings. Saved us a fortune as landlord said it was our responsibility to change the lights. So you saved the day. They arrived quickly and none were broken. Definitely deal with again”
