“I needed to replace two T12, 8 Ft, 100 W Flourescent tubes that for the last 20 years lit the garage. Finding a replacement was not easy. I found two sellers but only Lamponline was willing to deliver. The pack of 5 tubes were delivered by Fedex on Wed having been ordered Saturday. Replacement was straight forward as long as you remeber to give the tube a 90 degree turn . The new tubes were certainly brighter than the ones replaced.”

“Ordered 5 but 3 came broken placed order for next day delivery and paid £10 extra but the item never came until 3 days later when questioned on the same I was told the next day was the weekend so it did not count even though the logistic company operates and is open as normal. When asked the same to the company they never bothered to reply. Will raise dispute with PayPal”

Hello, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. As discussed through email, you paid for a next working day delivery which is £8.99, this is why your order left us on Friday and was delivered on Monday. If you wanted a next day delivery you would have had to pay for the Saturday delivery which is £25.99. FedEx standard service does not class Saturday as a working day, like most couriers.
