“Ordering and delivery process fine. Assembling the chair was difficult - the bolts to mount the seat to the frame are too short. Had to use bolts from an old chair in order to complete assembly. Also no assembly instructions provided. Quality is ok for home use but probably falls short of that required for a commercial office or similar.”
