Are the pictures an accurate refelection of the product
“Arrived on time. Looked like simple assembly. There were literally eight screws, four each of two lengths. No indication, diagram or instruction about which were for the arms and which for the seat base. I assume this is important for weight bearing etc as four are marked with a blue marker. Checked online, nothing. I finally made a decision so let's see if it works. The fittings are slightly off centre but the chair so far is comfy and suited to the office I've purchased it for. I've ordered two more and hope Lakeland will clarify the screw issue! I'm an optimist.”

“Lovely design and comfy chair. Looks very smart and I love the retro touch.
The only issue I have is the arm rest is not entirely "straight", there is more space between one arm chair and the seat that the other one.
I have tried 4 times to assembly it to narrow the space but was not successful. From the other customer photo I would say it's probably a factory default, maybe someone will have better luck than me ;)
It will still do the job for what I need it for, working from home in a comfier chair than a kitchen chair with a stylish touch.”
