Arrived without correct screws and dodgy soldering now means Chair is un-useable.

Poor quality stools. I ordered 6 and 2 arrived damaged so I had to return them.

For the money, not bad value. Thought I'd try one before I committed to buying a couple more. Don't think I'll be buying any more though. Packaging was disgraceful with all the bolts loose and rattling around in the box. The quantity of long and short bolts referenced in the instructions are incorrect or I was sent incorrect number.............and they fitted anyway?

They could do with being better packaged as on of the 2 boxes arrived damaged. Thankfully contents ok but may not have been. Also seen previous comments about fixing screws too short and this was the case with all 4 stools. Disappointing as others have obviously raised this before. Apart from that well made stool, very comfortable and modern looking.

Upon receiving my delivery I found that the front legs were missing from the box. I immediately emailed the company but no reply. I again emailed but no reply. I'm absolutely gobsmacked that the company has not contacted me regarding this and I am at a loss as to what to do next!!! I would never use this company again!!

We have gone ahead and shipped you a 2x new front legs which should arrive at the below address in 3-5 business days. Shipment Address: ************* (removed) Once you have received your replacements parts please dispose of the parts you no longer need. Terrible experience! Our dining room chair arrived damaged. I was told a replacement would be sent. 2 weeks later, no replacement chair. I wasn't informed of a delivery date, so missed the delivery. Yodel wouldn't leave it with a neighbour because lakeland wanted a signature. When I speak to yodel, they say my order doesn't exist & I can't seem to speak to anyone from lakeland. Today I received an email saying they'd send me another bar stool with a different delivery company - I've ordered a dining chair!!
