“Ordered four stools. Only two included the required washers for assembly - I'm sure Lakeland would have said 'contact us and we'll send you the missing washers' but as we needed to use them straightaway we raided the garage instead! Also two of the stools were quite grubby on the faux leather fabric - they did clean up with some anti-bac wet wipes and elbow grease but a bit disappointing from Lakeland quality control. So overall, disappointing shipping/packaging/handling but....stools themselves are very comfy and decent value for money.”

Good Afternoon Rebecca, I am sorry to see that on receiving your new Bar Stools you found that you were missing some fixings, yes we would of happily sent more out to you if you still needed them. I am also sorry to read that 2 stools had marks on them and you had to clean them yourselves, this is something that you should not have to be doing. Hi Bernard, Sorry to hear you are having these problems. The covers are removable if you don't want them on. You could also unzip the covers and place a double sided tape on the if you wanted to keep them more in a fixed position. Sam

“Very hard to put the legs on,had to put a towel over the legs and hammer them in.i also find when you sit down you have to be careful as the chair slides across the floor,never had this problem with other chairs .have to buy something to go on the bottom of the legs so they don't slide .i read the reviews before I bought these and all were good but I'm disappointed that they were so hard to put together and slide .”

“Chairs arrived and were left outside in the rain despite the email saying been left with a neighbour and no card was left through the door. Reasonable quality but not the easiest to build. Slightly poor finish aswell. Pretty comfortable. All in all not too bad for people on a budget like ourselves but wouldn't purchase a second time.”

“Nice fabric, colour as per picture. Quite fiddly to put together. Legs covered in pink filler, so not great. Chairs are very comfortable though.”
