“Very slow, it takes several seconds to respond to every button press. It can’t restart a live TV program from the beginning like you can on the BT humax box. It doesn’t adjust the TV volume on the TV, so you can only turn the volume down, not up. Can’t watch Amazon Prime, BritBox or Disney+, the TV guide is not easy to read. The remote control iPhone app is rubbish. As a ‘flagship’ product I expected more, but it’s not as good as the BT box at a much higher price.”
“Bought one of these a year ago for a TV in the Kitchen. Earlier this year the one in our sitting room broke down and we considered the new Google-based one by the same company but after reading reviews decided to stay with what we know.

“I am happy with the freeview and the ability to record 3x programmes at once. The only thing I do not like is how sluggish it is would have gave it 5stars if it was a little quicker (but does what it need to do so cant complain too much (I would still recommend).”
