“Great TV Freesat Box. It literally took 5 minutes to install and connect to my router. Good selection of TV channels with a much more intuitive set of menu options than my old Humax box plus some nice new features. I didn't even need to re-sync my new Humax box with my generic Tv controller. Happy days. I can thoroughly recommend this product to anyone looking for a Freesat Box”

“I found the picture to be good but hampered by a complicated interface which my wife and grandchildren found hard to operate. No channel 4 HD or Film 4 HD a serious omission. Very difficult to return the item , (I still have it after 18 days of trying to return it) making me determined to use Amazon for any future purchases. Software wasn't smooth to operate giving a clunky feeling to the experience”

Much faster than the old model. Also allows for whole series to be deleted. There are other positives- I’m being harsh.
BUT this has no light/time so no idea if it’s on or off
The lettering is very large so each page contains less info
If it’s your first one , then will be good, but I’m comparing with the old one & so missing bits than I’m used to. It has things the old one doesn’t like option to record HD so no recording in lesser quality by accident .”
“Good machine. Had to reset to factory settings after some sot of glitch with the box which meant I could not access ITV hub for a week. Finally sorted by switching the box off for ten minutes and back on again. Annoyed I cannot get cahnnel 4 on demand yet Humax advertise it as having it.”
“I have had a humax for 8 years but I decided to get a newer one with more memory, this new one has a different layout to the first one but it's so user un-friendly I have had it for three weeks but still struggle to make it do what I want it to do.
Needs to be more intuitive.”
