“Looks like new, well packaged. So far, so good - it does exactly what we bought it for. Still getting used to its settings and capabilities but that is down to my technical understanding rather than the difficulty of using the product.”
“On a number of occasions we have experienced difficulty in obtaining television reception on the Humax when switching it back on after not using it for some hours or overnight. Several times when we obtained a picture there has been no sound or about twice we have not been able to properly use the media function to replay programmes. In that connection too not a few times programmes have failed to record which in part we put down to sometimes having turned power off and on again on the Humax itself as part of our efforts to have it function properly. We should have contacted Humax but there have been other more pressing matters to attend to. Finally we are no strangers to Humax having had our previous model for about 9 years immediately prior to this one.”
