“A few annoying minor faults, like not being able to delete stuff in my library all the time. I couldn't get the volume loud enough, although that might have been my fault. Didn't like having to use two remotes. Took about 5 minutes to turn the thing off. But sent it back and got a full refund.”
“This item arrived on time and was well parcelled up. I am still finding it a bit difficult to programme and regularly refer to the book of words as I call the manual. However I shall persevere as when I get it right it is worth having.”
“Purchased box tried to tune in channels , my TV Ariel is new 100% signal, but the Humax box doesn't pick up 50% of the channels , go onto your technical support who advise me to put box back to factory settings and manually tune in box to each individual channel.
Surely the box should have been reset for a new owner prior to sale.
I will try and tune box in over the weekend but not looking forward to this !
See attached email advise about tuning the Humax box !
Hopefully this fix works or I will be returning the box and asking for a replacement box !
