“You replaced the first unit because it wouldn't come on for any thing up one hour.The replacement is no better.Therefor I will be look to collect the unit and refund my money. My original humax has no problems when first turned on.”
“Great picture and sound but optical output not working.Using RCA outputs instead, being a refurbished unit don't know how this fault got through.Sometimes media can't be excessed without having to power down also, still a great value product but wish onboard clock feature remaind.”
“Set-up was quick and easy. Comes on quickly from power on. Easy to select the program you want to record. Mainly happy with the HDR-1800T. The menu system seems to work faster than the Humax HDR-Fox T2 we have. We have this in the bedroom and don't hear the hard drive powering up and down in the night to look for updates like others have mentioned. It lacks slow motion, just fast forward reverse and pause. Otherwise works OK happy with the refurbished unit.”
“Unfortunately this Humax was faulty, I have returned it and am awaiting a refund. However I want to say that I gave used a Humax older style box for many years which has been fantastic and I was changing only because the hard drive was worn out.”
