“A really nice pulsepoint, it's delicate and soothing, but you get little whafts of the fragrance as you go about your day, or night!! I use this in the morning before work to create a calm state of mind , and again at bed time to help relax for sleep.it has a lovely earthy relaxing smell to bring a bit of calm when you need it!!”
