“I'm also a qualified and practising Aromatherapist, and I totally love this Pulse Point Roller Ball - Deep Relaxation with LAVENDER, CHAMOMILE & ALMOND OIL. What I would say is some people may be allergic to Almond oil, so maybe make one using grapeseed? I use it on the pulse points on my neck and my wrists, inhale and drift off to sleep, but I also use two other products which work well with it, they are the skira Melting Sleep Butter and the sömn Relaxing Sleep Mist.
