“Use every night before going to bed. A little roll on the wrists and temples helps to soothe and relax. I find I drift off easier after using it.”

“I have purchased this relaxation rollerball many times now and I put it on my wrists on going to bed and cannot believe how quick I nod off. Would not go without. It's not a strong fragrance so not over powering like a true lavender would be. I will certainly purchase again.”
