“Used on my 7 and 4 year old to get to sleep as we had run out of pillow spray. They loved it and would put on themselves. They would fall asleep fairly quickly. Ive gone for pillow spray again now though only so we can all smell it whilst reading bed story to calm before going to sleep in their beds. The spray is great! My mum and mil have used the roll ons snd have liked them and felt calm with them. They have bought more after i gifted them with them.”
