“When I originally purchased this months many months ago I was not able to use it as it made me itch something dredful. I gifted it to family members who benefited from it. So to get around it, first I use a carrier oil and roll this on top and so far my skin has tolerated it. It does make a difference to unwinding me, and a restful sleep follows. The best quality from this range is the scents are not overpowering which is ideal for asthma suffers.”
