“This is nice, I wouldn't go as far as saying deep relaxation but it's great for using when you need a little sensory kick. I get really overstimulated by busy areas and loud people but a sniff of this grounded me in the moment. I rubbed it on pulse points but I don't think it had much of an effect but nice to have a break in the moment. I would buy this.”
