“The staff and crew from parking the car to the end of our holiday couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly people who we met made our holiday more enjoyable. Couldn’t fault the delicious food and excursions.”
“Due to circumstanses beyound the contol of the company the tour was not as planned, and had to be shortened by a day. Having said that, the team made every effort to put a great programme together which we throughly enjoyed.

“The Cruise exceeded our expectations, despite the itinerary change but the wonderful office staff arranged a brilliant alternative routing and additional visits.
The Crew were kind, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was lovely, plentiful and well presented with excellent attention to detail regarding special diets.
The facilities on board were good with plenty of room for all, the bar was a great meeting place for pre and post dinner drinks.

It was the best decision we made this year, an absolutely great week spent with 17 other passengers & 5 crew. Fun, laughter & fabulous food all the way, plus seeing the English countryside from close up. Who was the first to spot a Kingfisher, Heron or Cormorant each day ?

“Organisation very good in spite of all the difficulties with lock closures, etc. All the places we were taken to see were of interest. The bus company was very good and helpful, especially to old people! The food was excellent and the crew were always smiling and helpful.

“We realised that at this time of year the weather was the biggest risk as we could not use the top deck. We had good weather but could not sit on the top deck until the seats had dried out. What a shame not having some system to counteract that. The middle deck did not have enough soft chairs as insufficient room. Until that problem is solved we cannot recommend friends to do the cruise. Please advise when problem resolved.”
