“Super easy to get to and really close to departures. My only issue was on exit, it was 23:30 and I was obviously keen to make a quick get away. However the barrier wouldnt raise and wanted to charge me £149 although I had paid in advance and was well within my times. As such this added 5 to 10 minutes on as I had to find my booking number to explain all this, I believe this was all caused because the automatic number plate recognition system wasn't working properly - which I've never had at Glasgow Airport.”
“Parking was booked months in advance and although carpark was busy we were able to find a space reasonably quickly, only suprise was on our return the ticket machine displayed that we we due to pay £175 which meant that we had to go through the processs of contacting the operator and waiting for the booking to be reviewed, charge cancelled before we could leave. Although this only took about 5 mins I am sure that in this day and age that the ticket software should recognise pre-paid bookings (this is not the first time this has happened).”
