We had pre-paid but on the way out at 23:00, the machine tried to charge us £235. However we pressed the button to call for help and staff rectified the problem instantly and were very helpful - great service all round.”
“Really frustrating that bookings cannot be amended after parking. My recent trip resulted in my return travel being delayed by one day. Even though I knew this several days before returning there is no way to amend the booking and therefore I got charged the extortionate daily drive up charge of £60 extra for returning 20 hours late.”
