“Second time in a month the barrier did not recognise the booking and had to call the customer helpline. First time was just frustrating and not easily dealt with due to high wind making it difficult to hear - 2nd time was nearly as bad . Travelling with others and they had same issues”
“Terrible! I was overcharged by £155 and three days later Edinburgh Airport parking has still not got back to me to rectify and refund the overcharge. Such a shame, as otherwise, it is convenient and reasonably-priced.”
