“The actual parking aspect was good. However, as per previous experiences, I had to call for assistance upon leaving as the exit barrier would not lift. Instead, it displayed outstanding amount due - despite having already paid in full for my pre booked slot.”

“Arrived at Edinburgh Airport about 9.30pm. When we reached the barrier the ANPR did not recognise our car (prepaid ticket). I then presented our ticket to the reader and again not recognised. By this time there was a small queue forming as I pressed the "assistance" button. To be fair it was answered promptly but should we not expect a better service at £40 for three nights?”
“Good access to the terminal. Only a couple of minutes' walk, which is nice when you have been driving for a while and need to stretch your legs before boarding a flight. Same coming back, nice with a leg stretcher after having sat on a flight for hours.”
