“I found this area impossible to find from the map. Thankfully one of the agents authorised my ticket for the car park I parked in, as he could see if already paid for it through the official website”
“Shambolic, returned to my car in the pouring rain and the car next to me was parked within inches of mine. Various attempts at getting in the car were eventually successful at feet first in passenger side, scraping the interior of my car and my suit was damaged. Not ideal for someone with health issues and over 16st. I then go to leave and for the 4th time in a row at the airport in as many weeks, I have to buzz through for assistance as it is looking to charge me for pre-paid parking”
“I pre paid my stay at the terminal parking yet when I went to leave and inserted my ticket it informed me that I needed to pay £165.00
I queried this and the barrier was lifted and I paid nothing.
I wonder how many would have just inserted a debit/ Visa card into the machine and lost this money!! How can this be or is this just a scam by the airport parking!?
Better signage needs to be installed also directing traffic with road markings, I arrived in the early hours so traffic was minimal however when times are busy it will be difficult to find your right lane etc.
all in all a decent experience but not as trouble free/ stress free as Glasgow airport so please sort things out!”

“Paid £40 in advance of parking at the terminal.
Parked at terminal and returned from my trip on time to collect my car.On proceeding to the barrier I inserted my ticket expecting for the barrier to lift instead the display indicated I owed £155.Luckly there was no cars behind so I reversed to the side of the road and went to the sheltered ticket machine to speak to an operator to complain at this outrageous cost which I was able to sort out with the operator.
But not happy.”
“Parking location was ideal for the airport for my long weekend away. Less perfect was the msg on the reader on exit which said I was due £140 for my fully pre-paid parking period. I then contacted a member of staff who quickly resolved the issue for me. Panic over & off I went, much relieved!”
