“Due to the forecast of poor wintry weather, we decided the day before our booking started to change which car we were taking to the airport. I used Manage my Booking to arrange this.
Easy to find a space on arrival & only a short walk to get into terminal. On departure, the barrier did not recognise the reg No of the car but a very quick conversation over the intercom with your member of staff in which I explained the weather-related decision to change car at last minute & all was resolved.”
“We always park with you on our trips and it is always very good, although over the last few times since that fast track place went in we lost the disabled spaces close to the terminal it is now pretty difficult at busy times to get a space. A note about your attendants on the intercom they are very nice and helpful.”
