“Annoyed that when we drove out the machine asked for over £400 !,, despite having pre paid. Sorted out with a phone call but surely technology shoul be able to identify a car which has paid”
“I have sent a complaint twice about this experience however it has not been responded to yet, I was charged twice for the parking as my ticket didn’t work. Please look into the complaint and get back to me on this ASAP as the second charge was significant and in error.”
“Second time in a month the barrier did not recognise the booking and had to call the customer helpline. First time was just frustrating and not easily dealt with due to high wind making it difficult to hear - 2nd time was nearly as bad . Travelling with others and they had same issues”
