“Paid in advance for my short trip which cost £43 pounds on trying to leave car park I was told I was due £155 pounds , not what I expected.
To be fair it was sorted quickly , just as well a large Q was know behind me .”

“Close to airport terminal and always easy to find a space. I normally pay in advance as it's cheaper. This time for some reason the ANPR musn't have recognised my numberplate and it said i had a charge on the way out. I pressed the assistance buzzer and it was quickly sorted out by the staff member.”
