“Parking was fine and just 2 minute walk to terminal, but technical problem when leaving, in that when I tried to leave, the barrier display showed that I owed a balance of £114, despite having pre paid the parking fee. As cars were queuing up (some also appeared to be having similar problems), this became stressful. However, on pressing the help button, I was assisted by a very calm and courteous assistant, who checked, confirmed that I did not owe anything, and stated that it was just a technical issue, probably that the number plate recognition had not picked up my number plate when I entered. He sorted the situation quickly and the barrier opened and I was able to leave.
So, marked down on equipment/technology, but top mark for your customer assistance person”
“As always very good as our flight was delayed from the canary’s by around 3 hours was expecting to have a problem leaving the car park at the barrier when putting the ticket in but was happy when it opened will be back in 5 weeks as I if you want to send me a discount will gratefully accept lol”
“Easy way to park your car to go on holiday and then simply walk out the terminal building straight to your car and drive home,no waiting on transfer busses etc. I do think the prices could be more competitive , this is my only negative comment.”
