“As a more mature customer I appreciate the simple booking procedure, and I have been lucky to find a space fairly close to the terminal each time I use the car park and although the price could be a little less, at under £10 per day it is still very good value for money and hassle free.”

“Overall straightforward and efficient. Main issue was locating the right entrance to the car park. It was the first time we have used this service and while there were fairly detailed directions on the website and which were emailed - it still wasn't obvious when we actually drove in. You had a split second to make a decision - no opportunity to just stop and check as no where to stop. Upshot was we paid an extra £8 to navigate out of 2 car parks before we got the right one. Suggestion is to upload a video from a driver's perspective showing where to go - that would sort it.”
“Easy to find and short walk to terminal. On exit the machine had not registered the number plate so on exit my ticked showed owed £320 !!

“The parking was fine however for the second time my number wasn’t read by the parking machine which required me to call for assistance.
We arrived just after midnight and it took approximately fort mins to get to the exit as it would appear that other people were having the same problem.”
“I received my ticket at the barrier when I entered and when I returned from my trip and renters the ticket I had to pay £65.00 after pre booking and already paying £49.99. I therefore paid twice for a short stay between 23rd June and 26th June. Who do I contact for a refund ?”
